Meetings:
Meetings will be held monthly, they can be organised according to the availability of volunteers in their area groups. These meetings are for everyone involved in the program. Here the volunteers will give the office feedback on the sites they are caring for, ask any questions or raise any issues that are concerning them.

Bi-monthly meetings will be held for all supervisors/coordinators. Anyone involved in the program are more then welcome to attend these meetings, but they are compulsory for the coordinators of each area.
